📦 Orders & Delivery
Q: How quickly are orders dispatched?
A: Printed books are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days, often the same day. You will receive confirmation once your order has been sent.
Q: How do I receive my digital downloads?
A: PDFs, audio files and other digital materials are available for download immediately after purchase. A download link will also be sent to your email address.
Q: How are books shipped?
A: Orders are sent by Royal Mail and are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days, often the same day. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping choice, but most UK orders arrive within a few days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes – materials can be shipped worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on location.
Q: My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?
A: Please allow a reasonable time for delivery, especially for international orders. If your order still hasn’t arrived, contact me and I’ll investigate. If necessary, I’ll send you out a replacement.
💳 Returns & Exchanges
Q: I ordered the wrong book – can I exchange it?
A: Yes. Please contact me first, then return the book in saleable condition. Once it is received, I can refund or exchange it.
(Shipping costs unfortunately cannot be refunded in this situation.)
Q: My book arrived damaged – what should I do?
A: Please contact me as soon as possible with details (and ideally a photo), and I will arrange a replacement.
🎓 Schools, Teachers & Bulk Orders
Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders of printed books?
A: Yes. Discounts are available for schools, music services, retailers, and large studio orders. Please contact me with details and I’ll be happy to help.
Q: Can schools or organisations order by invoice?
A: Yes – this is usually possible. Please contact me with your requirements.
🎼 Studio Licences & Digital Use
Q: How do Studio Licences work?
A: Studio licences allow the materials to be used with multiple pupils within one teaching studio, school or service.

Q: Can I use one book with multiple pupils?
A: PDF purchases are licensed for individual use. For teaching multiple students, Studio Licences are available which allow use of digital materials with multiple pupils or across a studio, school, or music service.
Q: I can’t find the right licence tier – what should I do?
A: If your organisation is larger than the available options, licences can be tailored to your needs. Please contact me for a quote.
🎻 Music & Arrangements
Q: I’d like to use one of your pieces with a string group or chamber ensemble – can you arrange it?
A: Yes – I’m happy to create custom arrangements. Typical fees are approximately £15–£25 depending on the amount of work involved. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Q: Who are these materials suitable for?
A: Hey Presto resources are designed for students from beginner through to intermediate/advanced levels (depending on the series) and are widely used by individual teachers, schools and music services.
Q: I’m not sure which materials are right for my student or group – can you help?
A: Yes – feel free to get in touch and I’ll be happy to advise.
Q: Are backing tracks included?
A: Backing tracks are included with the Hey Presto! for Violin and Hey Presto! for Viola series, also with all string group purchases.
Q: Do your books and materials follow ABRSM requirements?
A: The approximate grade level covered is shown in the Additional Information tab on each product page. The scale and arpeggio charts follow ABRSM requirements exactly for the specified grade.
